New Build and Refurbishment Developments

  • New build opportunities must be between 200-2000 units
  • Refurbishment opportunities must be over 100 units
  • The proposed development must have planning permission secured
  • In keeping with the Yianis philosophy, all potential development must be based within the City of London or city fringe areas
  • The proposed development must be residential with a small allowance for commercial units.

     Investments with Development Potential

  • We will invest in either commercial or residential complexes
  • The proposed complex must be located within the City Of London or city fringe areas. We will also consider investments in other town/city centre areas.
  • The minimum investment opportunity which we will consider is £10 million.
